Orphaned siblings Andy and Piper find their father’s body in the shower. Andy, not yet 18, pleads to stay with his blind sister, Piper, until he can gain custody. Social worker Wendy places them with Laura, a former social worker haunted by her daughter’s death, and her mute son, Oliver, whose odd behavior unsettles Andy. Strange events reveal Laura’s sinister intentions, forcing Andy and Piper to flee their deceptive foster home.
